Abstract Production activities of petroleum have resulted in extensive environmental pollution, due to accidents, leaks, and oil spills during these activities. Gathering Station is one production facility at the field that serves as a gathering place for several liquids produced from wells measure flow rate. Wastewater still contains oil, so before being discharged into water bodies should be treated match existing quality standards. One promising methods remove oil-polluted stations use bioprocess technology, which an eco-friendly, cost-effective, sustainable approach. A laboratory study was carried out on Bioprocess wastewater contaminated through consortium endogenous bacteria Bacillus cereus Pseudomonas aeruginosa exogenous bacteria. The major objective this research determine effectiveness ( ) degrading station. done by using 10% (v/v) inoculum spill dispersant (OSD) 0.2% media. Oil concentrations were determined gravimetric method (SNI 6989.10-2011). result showed mixture media highest value efficiency degradation up 64.29% 21 days (from 1062 mg/l 379.25 mg/l), with total population 65 x 10 6 cfu/ml, indicated synergistic relationship between room temperature (21±1°C), pH range 8.34-9.68 Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 553-167 mg/l.
